Your public profile helps merchants compare partners by services, location, language, and availability. Open Directory in Partner Portal to create or edit your organization’s listing.
Prepare your profile#
Section |
What to add |
|---|---|
Identity |
A recognizable display name, logo, directory address, and short introduction. |
Expertise |
An explanation of your work, services, optional industries, and working languages. |
Location and pricing |
Your country, city, project currency, and optional starting project budget. |
Working together |
The business and working preferences you want to show, plus the countries you work with. |
Contact |
A business website and public email address, if you want them displayed. |
Project enquiries |
Choose whether signed-in Tringify users can send private briefs to your portal. |
Project showcases |
Up to 20 projects with an image, short explanation, and optional link. |
Additional portfolio links |
Up to 20 links to other work you want merchants to see. |
Only the details you add are displayed. Use business contact information for public fields and share only work and images you have permission to publish. Leave optional working preferences unset if you do not want them shown.
Set your project budget#
Choose Project currency, then enter Projects start at if you want to show a starting budget. This describes your own services. It does not set a client’s Tringify subscription currency, create a charge, or arrange payment through Tringify.
Save and submit for review#
Save your listing, review the details, then submit it using the review action shown. Creating a profile does not publish it immediately. Follow the listing’s review status and any feedback in Directory.
When you edit an approved profile, the changes need another review. The approved profile stays live until the replacement is approved. Your published directory address stays the same.
Receive and respond to enquiries#
When project enquiries are enabled on your published profile, merchants can send a brief. Open Directory → Project enquiries to read it, contact the merchant directly, and update its status. Read the enquiry guide.
Keep your profile useful#
Describe specific services and the type of client work you take on.
Choose the languages and countries where you can work with clients.
Use project showcases to explain what you delivered, rather than listing links alone.
Keep availability, contact information, and starting budgets current.
