Settings and limits

Review organization details, resource usage, limit requests, and notification preferences.

Open Settings in your partner organization to review the sections available to your role. Some people can view a setting without being able to change it.

General#

Review the organization’s details in General and keep them current. Check that you are in the correct organization before editing business information or starting a client project.

Review resource limits#

Open Store Limits to see Resource Limits and current usage. Transfer stores, managed stores, organization members, and members assigned to a store can have separate limits. Use the numbers shown for your organization; do not assume another organization has the same allowance.

Request a higher limit#

  1. Open Settings → Store Limits and review the resource you are running out of.

  2. Choose the request action for that resource.

  3. Enter the desired limit and explain why your upcoming client work needs it.

  4. Submit the request and follow its status in the request history.

A request is reviewed before a higher limit takes effect. The current limit still applies while it is pending. Follow the reason shown if a request is rejected. Requesting an organization limit increase does not extend an individual store’s build deadline; build extensions are separate.

Notifications#

Open Notifications in Settings to choose the available notification preferences. Review the notification types and channels shown for your account. The notification bell and Notifications page let you follow partner activity, including new project enquiries when you have permission to see them.

Privacy and organization changes#

Privacy & Legal contains the policies and privacy options available to your organization. Danger Zone lets the organization owner disable partner access after the required confirmation. Complete or delete transfer stores first. Disabling access removes the organization from the public directory, revokes its client-store grants and assignments, and cancels pending partner invitations. It does not delete your Tringify account. New approval and store access are required to return.

If a section or action is missing#

Ask your organization owner to check your role and partner permissions. The portal only shows sections and actions available to you. See Troubleshooting for store access and approval problems.

Organization timezone#

General shows your organization’s timezone. Partner Portal dates, notification times, activity, invitations, enquiries and store deadlines use that timezone, including daylight-saving changes. Calendar dates for handoffs and build-extension requests mean days in that timezone, not days on your computer. Review the exact time and timezone beside a deadline before confirming.

The same instant can appear on a different date in Store Admin, which uses the store’s timezone. Changing how an instant is displayed does not create more build time or move an existing handoff or deletion deadline. The scheduled deletion window is exactly seven days after confirmation.

Activity#

Open Activity to review who changed your organization, stores or access and when. Search for the action or person and use the available actor and date filters. Start and end dates include the selected days in the organization’s timezone. Check the organization name before using the log to investigate a client project.
